Become the PM of your Linkedin Content (and beyond)
A new approach to building an audience without the pressure
☁️ MINDSET MONDAY
Why personal branding is not just for the influencers
“I don’t have anything to share”
If you were stuck in an elevator with a stranger, how would you spark a conversation?
As an introvert, you probably don’t want to.
Unless, you both had a shared passion.
So if I were personally trapped in an elevator with someone…
I could try to talk about topics that interested me: entrepreneurship, human psychology, literature, or personal growth.
I would feel like motivated to share, and subsequently form a new connection worthy of creating. No small talk crap. 😅 Now, there is nothing wrong with having nothing in common. That’s life!
But, if you are trying to share content, why force yourself posting about something you don’t even enjoy?
So when sharing content online, share only what truly energizes you. Because as the CEO of OpenAI says…
“It doesn’t matter how fast you move if it’s in a worthless direction. Picking the right thing to work on is the most important element of productivity and usually almost ignored.”
✨ MY STORY
🫢 How I am PMing My Linkedin Content

If you want motivation, get a cute latte!
I grew to 13.9k+ followers on Linkedin in less than a year.
And I don’t aim to become an “influencer” without a purpose who necessarily who focuses solely on brand deals.
Focusing only on securing brand deals does not necessarily make the world better.
And I want to actually leave a positive impact on the world, like I did when I scaled Magnify Wellness to 100+ chapter clubs to help give high schoolers feel less alone.
💡 Ultimately, I realized that I want to create guides, services, and products that genuinely help others.
And when those products positively impacts others…
Then being an influencer inevitably happens. 🤷♀️
But I want the foundation of my house to build on my purpose of genuinely helping others.
If you want to have a purpose to posting, keep reading…
As a Product Manager, I spend my time mastering 2 things:
Cultivating deep understanding of customer problems
Building a solution that solves the unmet need
Why not apply this to the building of my personal brand?

What motivated you to want to help international students? As an introvert, I'm driven to action when I see an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life. My passion for helping others, combined with my own experience as an international student, led me to this path. Because of my optimized Linkedin profile, I received a lot of inquiries from international students who want the opportunity to study abroad. I understand their struggles and I felt compelled to offer my support and share the knowledge I've gained through my own journey.
How do you personally balance being an introvert and an entrepreneur? Balancing introversion with entrepreneurship requires intentional time management and self-care. I implement focused time blocks for task completion, allowing me to work efficiently without constant interruptions. Additionally, I've established firm boundaries, such as keeping weekends free when I need to recharge. This dedicated downtime is crucial for maintaining my energy levels and ensuring I can continue to perform at my best when helping others.
What is advice you would tell your younger self? I would encourage my younger self to practice more self-compassion and positive affirmations. Looking back, I realize that my restlessness often stemmed from self-doubt, which limited my potential. I'd advise focusing on taking consistent, daily actions towards goals, no matter how small, while maintaining a kind and patient attitude towards myself. It's important to remember that progress isn't always linear, and setbacks are part of the journey. By cultivating resilience and trust in the process, I've learned that things have a way of working out, often in ways we couldn't have anticipated.
